Baling
We specialise in efficient and effective hay baling and loading, ensuring that your hay is removed from the fields and stored safely in your barns as quickly as possible.
Silage
Our team can handle grass and whole crop. We can equip the forage harvester with various additions – such as a corn cracker for maize and a grain mill for use on the whole crop.
Cultivations
The cultivation processes we can handle include ploughing (both on land and in-furrow), deep subsoiling, power harrowing, flat lifting, pressing and minimum tillage, or ‘min-till’.
Drilling
With our drilling machinery, we can ensure that seeds are distributed both quickly and equally across your land. This machinery enables us to handle drilling jobs of various sizes.
Baling
We can time-effectively remove hay or straw from the fields before storing it securely as bales in your barns. Whether you need your hay or straw baling in large or small quantities, as square or round bundles, we are up to the job. All members of our baling team regularly refresh their training and use the latest baling machinery. Our balers are also fitted with additive applicators for helping to preserve crops.
We have bale wrappers for square and round bales, while bale handlers are available for wrapped bales and straw bales. Our bale chaser system enables straw bales to be cleared and stacked by a single operator.
Silage
Our self-propelled forage harvester team can handle grass and whole crop. We can equip the forage harvester with various additions – such as a corn cracker for maize and a grain mill for use on the whole crop. Both low- and high-volume additive applicators are also available for adding to the machinery.
We have access to various mowers, tedders and rakes – and can choose between these depending on the crops to be harvested and the conditions in which this work will be undertaken.
Cultivations
We have various cultivation and seedbed preparation systems from which we choose in preparation for each cultivation job. The choice we make in each case is influenced by the type of soil to be treated as well as the customer’s preference.
The cultivation processes we can handle include ploughing (both on land and in-furrow), deep subsoiling, power harrowing, flat lifting, pressing and minimum tillage, or ‘min-till’.
We know that cultivation work can be difficult even across relatively small areas of agricultural land – but our specialist expertise in cultivation can ease the process for you.
Drilling
The drilling equation comes in when you want to disperse seeds as accurately as possible to optimise crop growth. With our drilling machinery, we can ensure that seeds are distributed both quickly and equally across your land. This machinery enables us to handle drilling jobs of various sizes.
At close hand, we have two Vaderstad Rapid drills: an 8-metre model and a 4-metre model. We also have 3- and 4-metre power harrow/drill combination units, with all of our drills suitable for drilling from 0.5kg/ha up to 400kg/ha.
